Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using the TabAny Chrome extension and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including users who authenticate through Google OAuth or Microsoft OAuth services.

TabAny is a Chrome browser extension that enhances text input fields on websites with AI-powered assistance. The Service allows users to:

• Transform any text input into an AI-assisted writing tool
• Generate, enhance, and complete text using artificial intelligence
• Access various AI models and writing assistance features
• Authenticate using Google or Microsoft OAuth for account management

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may authenticate using:

• Google OAuth: We access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Microsoft OAuth: We access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Direct registration with email and password

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use the Service for spam or unauthorized marketing
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed usage limits or attempt to circumvent restrictions

TabAny offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

When you authenticate using Google or Microsoft OAuth, we only access the minimum necessary information required to provide the Service. We do not store or access your passwords from these third-party services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TabAny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to process and enhance your content to provide the AI assistance features.

In no event shall TabAny, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
